Go For all kind of vegetable and fruits today you can give it on an every day basis apart from that porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato can be given to the child care sweet potato Suji Kheer Upma Halwa dairy products ragi oats quinoa all these things can be given to the child make sure that you do give good amount of water to the child along with the meals that you are given
