A. Hello mom toddlers by this age can be given all the usual regular family foods that are made at home and preferably give all home made food, all natural foods and which comprises of various food groups such as eggs, dry fruits and nuts, milk and products. need to give cereals and millets , such as ragi, rice, Roti Suji, oats, etc. Also seasonal fruits and vegetables which are locally available can be given.
