there is definitely no need to follow any kind of diet chart for a 4 year old child but give every kind of food which is prepared from the family pot.
give three times a solid food breakfast lunch and dinner with two time snack and one glass of milk and lots of water.
you can include dry fruits cheese fruits as this snacks
