A. Dear ma’am, include dairy products, nuts and dry fruits, and make sure to give atleast one kind of fruit and vegetable everyday and weekly twice include millets, oats and leafy greens. Avoid biscuits, excess sugar, health drinks etc provide plenty of fluids and keep your child physically active and moving
