yes,it happens because of teething also.
so, please give massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child.
provide silicone teether to your child.
whenever your child try to bite ,try to distract him or her by offering toys.
provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene.
