#asktheexpert delivery held in the month of early December.... strech marks still there....can you suggest effective cream and diet

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Be physically active as much as possible. Try applying pure coconut oil or almond oil or bio oil on the affected area.
