there some of the good lotion /cream which can be applied on the body which will help in moisturizing as well as preventfing dryness of the skin.
if you feel that the dryness is not improvging you can go for more number of applications throughout the day.

If the skin of your child is smooth and you do not want to use it then don’t use it usually he suggested to use it because the skin is very soft and sensitive to maintain nourishment and hydration in the skin you should use it but if you don’t want to use it there is no compulsion to that
