#AskTheExpert dear sir, my son 2and half month old baby, everyday my son cries by evening without reason from 5pm to 8pm , after 8 pm he sleeps well and also he is not drinking milk properly from last 20 days.. he drinks only 5 to 10 min .. please suggest something to make my baby to drink milk

Dr Medha PatilMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Excessive crying in evening is common in babies and is known as evening colic. I would suggest you feed the baby well, burp well post every feed. It is necessary to hold the baby in upright position post every feed for atleast 20-25 mins. You can also use colicaid/ colimex drops after consulting your pediatrician.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning I would recommend you to give your baby multivitamin supplement it will help to improve the appetite of the child so that we would be willing to have milk properly the baby could be crying because of gastric trouble
