A. Hi Mom, Include all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Dairy products like milk, butter, cheese, panneer, curd etc. Add more protein rich foods into your child's diet. Protein rich foods such as eggs, fish, meat etc. Thank you and have a good day.
