#asktheexpert Hello doctor, please suggest me a good diet plan for my 3 year old baby girl.

A. There are variety of healthy and nutritious foods that can be included in a 3 years old kid. Feed rice with dal, mixed vegetable soup, chapati with paneer gravy, oats, Dalia, khichdi, veg cutlet, eggs in different firms, chicken soup, milkshakes with dry fruits, legumes, chicken or fish curry with rice, idli dosa with sambar, besan and beetroot cheela, stuffed parantha, veg sandwich, custard, dahi, buttermilk, chapati with mixed vegetables and 500 to 600 ml milk. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
