#asktheexpert Dear sir, good morning. As we all are aware that milk and eggs are inducing hormonal changes in kids especially girl kids and resulting in early puberty. So I stopped giving milk and eggs to my kid. Please add your thoughts on this. Also suggest me any health drink that can substitute nutrition that comes from milk and eggs. Thank you.
