#AskTheExpert dear mam my baby is not drinking breast milk from two days. I also thinking to stop but my one breast is heavy like rock. I m unable to sleep n severe pain. what should I do to be normal

Author of questionMom of 2 children3 years agoA. I took a medicine to reduce breast milk. my doctor suggest don't seques the milk. I took painkillers also but breast like rock n heavy

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom If you want to stop breastfeeding, then just Express ur milk with ur hands and discard.. Do it for few days.. The milk production will stop automatically as the baby is not sucking.. if there is too much pain then u can take paracetamol for pain relief.
