#AskTheExpert Dear Doctor My son is 9 years old. He has been suffering from stomach ache for 14 days. Early in the morning there is pain in the abdomen. chest Pain,pain in the sock under the chest. Gas forms. Defecation(motions) also occurs once in two days. Gas forms much.we are using already 2 syrups 1tab . 1.Rantop syrup 2. Neopeptine syrup 3. Famotidine Tab so pls best solvetion give him sir
