A. Hello good morning !! Check if baby gaining weight according to age and birth weight . If under weight check if baby getting enough feed, sleep (,14-18 hours a day). Consult Paeditrician. If baby is ideal weight range but looking lean then don't worry Every baby is different some may have bone weight but look skinny. Until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies. Feed every two hours , avoid holding baby for long time ,just hold while feeding, Burping time , massage and bath time rest of the time just play,, talk without holding.
