Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Desonide cream can be applied. It's steroid so use it judiciously Please don't over use it. And please don't use it for long time You may use it in small quantity and for some.days only Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered Don't over use diaper
