POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. Establish and follow a bedtime routine playing a quiet game. giving him a warm bath. changing your baby into his pyjamas. reading him a bedtime story. singing him a lullaby. giving him a gentle massage. kissing him goodnight.
