#asktheexpert Dear doctor, my 3.5 months old daughter has constant blocked nose. Are there any remedies available apart from Naso clear. Also please let me know if there are any natural remedies available.

During col season or while traveling, please take care as such young babies tend to catch cough and cold.
There are some nasal drops available in the market try them. I had been precaution and using Nilgiri old mrng n eve on his clothes (avoided area that baby takes in his mouth) Also cold special cold with Sarso oil-2 spoons, Garlic clove 3-4, Long Clove 3-4, heat this untill Garlic turned black, cool down the oil and apply daily 3times over your baby's feer. If there is still no improvement please visit Doctors.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. small baby safe to use. in monsoon season there will be recurrent viral infections main reason for cold and cough sometimes it can be because of allergies also please give steam inhalation frequently and antihistamins
