Q.

#asktheexpert currently I am 5th month pregnant and I am not gaining weight. is it okay if I don't gain more weight at this point of time. my current weight is 48 and height is 5

A. Hello mam, over all pregnancy weight gain is expected in the range of 10 to 12 kgs , which happens in the span of 5 months , their has to be progressive weight gain

A. Yes even i had the issue and it was normal. Eat healthy. Try to have more fruits and veggies. Have juices frequently. Have plenty of water too. Have Heathy snacks and avoid junk foods. Have soups frequently. All foods you can have during delivery . There is no restriction except less oily n spicy. Non veg too in limits. Have milk twice a day with any supplement powder. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly. Avoid having anything in cold like juices or cold water.
