Add powdered nuts (almond cashew nut walnut) to food
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups and fruit juices as they do not provide enough nutrition and fill stomach.
add ghee/oil on top of food for making it energy dense and squeeze some lemon where possible to increase iron absorption.
about 3/4 katori per meal about 3-4 meals per day.
continue to breastfeed
you can start giving finger foods in between meals. avoid foods that can choke like grapes, nuts and raw carrot pieces. give pieces of soft fruits like banana, chickoo, foods like idli, dhokla , besan chila, upma, stuffed paratha pieces, peanut butter bread
