#AskTheExpert cold, cough , congestion is not going. Nose is blocked. What to do?

A. please give steam inhalation frequently to put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby Cold and cough are viral infections in the baby generally they will take at least one week to subside

A. Hi Give turmeric milk twice daily Give tulsi leaves lemon and honey mixture Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
