A. If your baby is having continuous cold, cough, and throat pain, it could be due to recurring viral infections, allergies, or low immunity. Weather changes, exposure to dust or pollution, or even other children with infections can trigger these symptoms frequently in babies. What you can do: Keep your baby warm, especially the chest, ears, and feet. Give lukewarm water or fluids to soothe the throat (if age-appropriate). Use a humidifier or steam to ease congestion. Avoid giving cold foods and keep their surroundings dust-free. You can apply baby-safe vapor rub on the chest and back (like Baby Vicks). Include immunity-boosting foods (for babies above 1 year) like turmeric milk, tulsi water, or dry fruits powder in food. If the symptoms continue for more than 5–7 days, or if there is high fever, consult a pediatrician for further check-up and proper treatment.
