Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. cotton clothes are better but if you have got difficulty in cleaning it again and again then you can go for diaper option also but there is a disadvantage that in diaper you have to change it frequently otherwise it can lead to perianal rash
