#asktheexpert child is complaining of palm and feet pain and ask me to press them so that to ease the pain..

A. In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cavuse so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly ans will guide you accordingly for this .
