#asktheexpert can you help me with the diet chart for the weight gain of my child his weight is only 17 kgs at 8 years of age. you can include both veg and non veg. thanks ๐Ÿ™

A. Namaste Mom, INclude foods such as dry fruits, nuts and seeds, also eggs, chicken etc panner, ghee, milk , fruit milk shakes as well, chilla with panner, etc , also stuff paranthas, dals, lobia, chana, etc
