A. Hello mother, I too had an unsuccessful breastfeeding experience so I am doing the next best thing is feeding pumped milk to my daughter through bottle. There is absolutely no problem doing so. I had the same issue with my first daughter but due to the intense pressure on breastfeeding, I continued feeding my daughter directly on the breast with a bad latch and that led to my baby not gaining weight and being categorized as failure to thrive. So though breastfeeding is amazing if it is successful but if it is not working out, don’t think twice and use bottles. Half of us have been brought up on bottles and we are totally fine.

A. hi yes you can offer. but I would suggest to offer milk through katori and spoon. I would suggest Babyhug bowl and spoon set for this. and for direct feeding , try feeding with different feeding positions. make skin to skin Contact while feeding your child which will definitely help to encourage your child to take direct feeding.
