Q.

#AskTheExpert can we start solids after completing 5 months. what I'd baby doesnt take it immediately. how do we ensure he develops taste of food other than just breastmilk

A. no not at all before completing full 6 months Till 6 months complete only breastfeeding or formula feed should be given after completing 6 months you should start with water along with Dal water and rice water only in continuation with breast milk after completing 7 months you should start with Semi solid food like vegetable soup for fruits purry and then slowly move on for solid food so that the babies digestion remains good

A. Hello dear parent! Ideally semi solids and water should be introduced only after 6 months completion. You should be gradually introducing all the healthy homemade foods in small quantities with one new food at a time. Continue with breastfeeding. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy
