#AskTheExpert Can we give Jackfruit to 20months old baby...is it good and safe. Any fruits, veggies or non that have to be avoided to my baby.

Once ur baby completes one year then u can give all that you cook for your family. There is no restriction on that. Now the babies can digest everything as the adults can.
Yes u can give jackfruit, non veg, seasonal fruits and vegetables to ur baby
