ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Giving gripe water is not necessary to 2 month ilf babies or at any age. Burp properly after each feeding is important. You should feed only breast feeds as complete food to your baby for the first 6 months of life. In the addition Vitamin D drops need to be given for 1 year.
