#AskTheExpert - can we give cow or Buffalo milk to 1 month old baby??? - How to increase mother's milk?

A. Hi, Please avoid giving any other milk like cow milk,buffalo milk, toned milk until baby completes one year. As they are heavy to digest and will cause infection. Exclusively breastfeed until one year which is best for baby’s growth and immunity. To increase your breast milk latch your baby. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid. Be relaxed and take adequate rest which is very very important. You can also take lactose granules. Please consult your doctor before taking it.
