#AskTheExpert can we give a combination of breast milk and formula powder milk to the newborn baby and continue the same for long run? Also, can we use bottle for feeding the formula milk to the baby? Does the bottle create confusion to the baby between Breast Nipple and bottle?

A. Hello ma’am It is not recommended to mix both the things as both of the things are different and they have their own benefits. And anyways it is not recommended to make a formula feed with Milk itself it should be made in water because it is really heavy. So give either breast milk or formula milk at one point of time and yes if you want you can continue giving formula milk to your child and also I would tell you that kids do not get confuse the very well understand the difference between feeding bottle and a mother’s nipple.
