NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes you can feed the baby as breastmilk gives immunity to the baby but you will have to take necessary precautions.. you should wash your hands well before feeding the baby and also you should wear a mask while you feed the baby and avoid kissing baby also
