#asktheexpert can mother take mri scan while breastfeeding. is that radiation harmful to baby?

You can do scanning , should not be the issue as isnt in during process of breast feeding as such

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl6 months agoA. Mam if it is very important that you cannot skip on that then you can take it you taking an MRI scan is not going to make any difference to the child so you can go ahead with that yet if you want you can confirm with your doctor before you go for it
