Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear! You can definitely wear a comfortable bra before and post delivery. It doesn’t effect the supply. If you are still concerned take advice from your consulting doctor. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Good luck and take care.
