A. avoid it is important for you to understand that any medicine except multivitamins which is given to children have side effects on the child. they should not be given on daily basis but should be given only when required. meet your doctor who will tell you what is the indication and how many times it can be given. (this applies to anti-colic medicines as well as digestive medicines/ enzymes, gripe water, bonnisan, gutti etc of any branch that is allzopathic or homoeopathic or ayurvedic).
