#asktheexpert can i start doing surya namaskar or plank for wright loss. or any typ of execrse. or do i need to wait till my baby turns 6 month.i have c sectio

A. Dear mum, since it has already been 4 months since your c section, you can begin with mild exercises like brisk walk. Strenuous exercises like Surya namaskar, planks, abdominal crunches can be done a few weeks after starting with the basic exercises.
