#AskTheExpert can I start doing intermittent fasting and heavy workout after my baby turns 6 months

A. hi as you are nursing mother ,it is better to avoid heavy work and fasting as it can affect your breastmilk supply. instead of it ,you should start with low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, walking etc make changes in your diet ,I mean you should prefer fiber rich food items like green leafy vegetables, fruits more. instead of heavy breakfast ,take sprouts ,oats which can help you in reducing your weight.
