If You have to join office or go out every day for work or if you are alone you’re breastfeeding then you start with bottle feeding bottle feeding is completely safe and that there is no issue but you are the point is that if you have sufficient breastfeeding and you can manage you should continue breastfeeding for at least six months and then you can start with bottle but still if you want for any of the reasons to start now then you
