#AskTheExpert can i offer cow milk to my 3 months old baby. I just want to serve one feeding of cow milk in a whole day. Please suggest.

A. Dear mum, you should not give cow milk or any other external milk to your baby. You should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Introduction of top food or top milk before 6 months can increase the risk of infection and even reduce the milk supply.

A. Not recommended. Instead of that you can offer formula milk
