#asktheexpert can I give swarnaprashan to my 4 months child and if yes which brand is suitable and best for babies? and also my baby's weight is only 6.9 how to increase her weight ?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear mum it should not be given it is not required breastmilk is the nature's best gift for baby it is a complete food not only provides nutrition but also strength immunity only exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete introduction of any supplement / drops can risk infection
