No need to worry
It’s rich nutritious and healthy
Give all seasonal fruits vegetables juice
Give adequate water after every feeding
If you are giving first time give in small quantity
And wait for three days
Follow three day rule every time you introduce new food
Then increase quantity

Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Make meal time fun with toys and story
