ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Gripe water should not be given to ur 2 month old It is not good for baby just give only breast milk. Only breast milk is sufficient for your baby till first 6 month. Burp properly after each feed. avoid any self medication.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Gripe water contains alcoholic elements which is not safe for kids . Give exclusive breast milk or formula milk until 5 completed months burp well after feed. Give ajwain powder with breast milk 5-10 ml or warm water weekly twice this will improve digestion .
