POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. You can start dates puree in baby's diet when you introduce semi solid foods to him/her, but make sure not to give just in the initial days of feeding these foods. Body takes time to get accustomed to new foods, therefore start slowly only. Give in small portions in the beginning.
