#asktheexpert Can i give cow's milk to my baby who is preterm and now at his 9th month?(history of vitilago present to his father,wheather it will be a contraindication?)

A. even if there was a no contraindication you are not supposed to give cow milk or buffalo milk to the baby until the baby completes one year of age and as your baby is Preterm you have to give the time definitely

A. You should give your baby only breast milk or iron-fortified formula during the first 12 months of life, not cow's milk. Starting at age 6 months, you may add solid foods to your baby's diet.
