Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good evening !! Until 5 complete months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested. From 6th month onwards start semi solid foods - Fruit,vegetable puriees,mashes,cerelac,porridge,kichdi,idly are suggested . Avoid salt,sugar,oil,honey only ghee is suggeated check suitability of every new food item.
