A. milk supplements and health drinks and protein drinks are given only after completion of two years of age and whether your child requires any milk supplements or not will be decided by your doctor but if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any milk supplement /health drinks / immunity booster gummies to the child. this type of energy drinks and milk supplements is just a combination of multivitamin syrup with protein powder.z by growth standards if the growth of the child is within normal limits then usually they do not require such health supplements try to concentrate on home based nutritional diet for your child.

A. any other such health drink is very unhealthy because they have a higher content of sugar so I do not recommend recommend you to use any of these things you can try using dry fruit powder which you make fresh at home that’s what you can give to the child child is fresh healthy and totally sugar-free
