#AskTheExpert can i give any kind of solid or liquid food to my 4 months old baby. because he is totally dependent on my milk only. and now I've to join my office. so how can my baby survive for 6 to 7 hours?

you can take care of babies nutrition requirements and continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete, with little motivation from your side.
breastfeed baby before going to work and after coming back continue night feeds
while at work caregiver can feed expressed breast milk to your child with preferably katori and spoon.
while at work it would be good idea to express breast milk once or twice as it will keep up your milk supply
