ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, biscuits should be completely avoided at this age. Biscuits are unhealthy as they contain ingredients like sugar, flavour, maida, colour. You should prefer to give homemade food as much as possible.

Actually should avoid biscuits till the age of 1 to 1 1/2 years because they are made up of complete refined flour which is not healthy to be given to the child before the age of one year it can cause constipation and it has high content of sugar as well
