once the baby completes 1 year of age introduce one food at a time like nuts or dry fruits or eggs or chicken or paneer

Hello,my advice is try not to give dry fruits before baby turns ten months,as sometimes it's been seen that baby may suffer from nuts allergy if dry fruits given at this age and don't take such kind of risk,so start giving dry fruits when baby will turn ten months old.
