A. no. . . . not atl Mother's milk is a complete food for the baby that is why it is always recommended to exclusively breastfeed the baby till first six months post birth. The initial portion contains the watery foremilk that takes care of hydration and the later portion that is the hind milk takes care of nutrition and is rich in fats. So there is no requirement of giving any kind of juice or water to the baby
