#AskTheExpert can formula and solid food be given at the same time? or should there be a gap of 1 hr or 2 hrs between them for a 7 month old baby? kindly help

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. first to give solids at meal time, if you give formula along with meals, child will get less amount of food as his tummmy will partially filled by fm. so good to ghve 2 to 3 hours after meal time or on demand

Of course there should be a proper gap between 2 feet how we cannot eat top on top of each other which is the same way that you to follow for the child as well one time you give food and after 2 to 3 hours when your child must then only you should go ahead with giving milkWrite Your Answer Here
